HHN 12 in 2002 welcomed The Caretaker (Dr. Albert Caine) as the event icon. The Caretaker character 'reportedly' replaced Cindy Bearer as the original icon for HHN 2002. The Caretaker character emerged from a backstory created for Cindy. The Caretaker is described in the storyline as Cindy's father, Paul Bearer. We'll leave the reported reasons for Cindy's replacement at the event shrouded in mystery!
